Flexible Pottery Journey with Nicole

Service Description

Fridays from August 9th to September 27th. Choose 6 of 8 Friday morning dates. This guided class is open from 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. You choose when you want to show up between 10am and 11am for your 2.5-hour window to attend. All tools will be provided. Clay WILL NOT be provided for this session. You will need to purchase a bag of clay at the front desk ($50+tax). You will be responsible for taking your clay to and from the studio for each session. If you need more clay for your projects, we always have some available. We will email you a sign up form to select dates so we can inform Nicole on when to expect you. This pottery journey is designed for those with some experience; this is not a beginner class. You must be comfortable with wedging, throwing, trimming, glazing, wheel & studio etiquette. This class is perfect for those with the feeling some instruction would benefit you if you need to concentrate on improving in specific areas. Nicole will be present to challenge you and provide support and coaching in areas where you have questions. You will work at your own pace and independently. Concentration on less waste, efficient use of clay, and thinner, taller, wider vessels if desired. You can throw, trim, alter vessels, hand-build, and try different decorating techniques and glaze techniques. Let this class open your door to practice, hone skills, and concentrate on what YOU need in your pottery journey of growth.

Cancellation Policy

All courses are eligible for a refund if cancelled 72 hours prior to the start date after which, they are non-refundable and non-transferable to another date. Once the course has begun we are unable to accomadate students who can't make a single class. If the class is missed the course will continue as planned and the instructor will complete the work on the students pieces for that specific class. The student will then continue with those pieces the following week.
